This is a one day running symposium for youth of
America to stand up and be counted.
Most will agree that most adults in charge have a tendency not tp practice
what the preach. This is an opportunity for the youth from every point in America to tell those in charge, exactly what they
think and how they believe it can be improved.
Topics openfor discussion include:
1. How our Education
system can be improved. Long overdue for a massive overhaul, leaders are at a loss as what to do as more and more parents
yank their kids from the public school system and home school. Honesty in government.
2. What will it take for politicians
to finally tell the truth and work for the people and not for themselves. After working only two years, a Congressman earns
a full pension for life. Where else in America is this possible?
3. When it comes to universal health care, politicians
have their own plan although they want everyone on another universal health care plan; a plan that in Canada may get you to
a specialist in five years.
4. And, how can the government send our young people to war to die and not desire to win
those wars. This has been an absurd proposition founded in Vietnam and now apparently being emulated by our government
today.
5. What kind of ethic must business have that would ensure that people can speak their mind and not get
fired while also having the ability to fire those who don't do the work such as tenured educators and union bosses who
line their pockets right along with those who support them.
6. Why is it that a corporate leader makes more money
in a year then the combined annual salaries of every employee in the firm that supports the company? Somethings not
right. And why does a professional basketball, football, baseball, tennis or golf player make millions a year when a school
teacher makes peanuts? Doest that make sense? Which one is contributing to society in a meaningful way? . Why do people who
support them and follow them permit it?
The youth of today are the leaders of tomorrow. We need to listen to them
