The Center for Ethics in Free Enterprise (CEFE) is a not for profit, all volunteer, center of experts in applied ethics and entrepreneurship. CEFE Fellows train individuals and organizations in applied ethics and entrepreneurial pursuits. Created in 1996 as a doctoral student research project and internship, the Center for Ethics in Free Enterprise was formally established in 1997. Designed for advanced research in ethics and entrepreneurship education, the training is carried out by CEFE Fellows. Programs and services are tailored for communities, organizations (public & private), and schools at all levels. CEFE custom design community, organization and individual programs to meet their challenges and desired outcomes.  
To further fulfillment of its Mission, the Center for Ethics in Free Enterprise manages three specialized online non-profit schools. Each school was the first of its kind. They are offered to the general public to carry out the global mandate of CEFE to provide knowledge and training to those desiring to be applied ethicists, entrepreneurs, and community scholars. CEFE has been chosen to direct the Billion Dollar Project to promote and expand the international "awareness" and "self help doctrine" of the Center for Ethics in Free Enterprise founder, Dr. Fred DiUlus, PhD.  

Blueprinting Ethics and Entrepreneurship

CEFE blueprints strategies of success in a free enterprise market driven environment ideally and also promotes entrepreneurism as a driving force in third world development regardless of the economic system in play.

By doing so, CEFE Uncovers ethics and entrepreneurial issues  that help produce tangible, bottom line results and long term economic solutions. A humanitarian outreach to destroy ignorance in the world, the Billion Dollar Project seek individuals who have a talent, skill, and ability to teach others to help themselves. The Project is dedicated to enabling people to grow as human beings and become self sufficient.
